Select Holding

On this page you will see the holding number and address of each of the holdings for which you have enrolled to use CTS Online.

To see the records for a holding, click on the 'radio button' to the left of the holding number and then click 'Select Holding'. This will take you to View Cattle Summary for the selected holding.

You can view another holding at any time. In the 'Current User' section at the top of any screen, click on the arrow to the right of the box where your selected holding number is shown. Select another holding number and then click on 'Switch CPH'.

If you are an agent.

If you are an agent and you have enrolled to use CTS Online on behalf of one or more clients, you will see the holding number and the first line of the address of each of your clients, up to a maximum of 200.

To select the holding whose records you wish to see, click on the 'radio button' to the left of the holding number and then click 'Select Holding'. This will take you to View Cattle Summary for the selected holding.

Or you can enter the holding details in the boxes in the top part of the screen and then click on 'Filter Holdings'. You will need to do this if you have more than 200 clients and the one you want does not appear in the list.

You do not need to enter all the details of the holding. The holding number is enough. Or enter all or part of the holding name, address and/or postcode and click on 'Filter Holdings'. CTS Online will search for possible matches.

Search results will be shown in a list. If the holding you want appears, click on the 'radio button' to the left of its name, and then on 'Select Holding' at the bottom of the page. This will take you to View Cattle Summary for the selected holding.

If the holding you want does not appear, please try to enter more information and click on 'Filter Holdings' again.

You can view another holding at any time. In the 'Current User' section at the top of any screen, click on the arrow to the right of the box where your selected holding number is shown. Select another holding number and then click on 'Switch CPH'.
