This screen shows the details of movements ON to your holding which have recently been registered using CTS Online. It also shows any information you have sent us via the CTS Self Service Helpline since the last update to CTS.
The details will appear here as soon as you send them, and will remain here until they are picked up by CTS. If there is a problem with the notification, it will appear in the ‘Problem Status’ section on the View Cattle Summary page. When the information is processed, the details of the movement will appear in ‘Recorded Events – last 6 months’ on the View Cattle Summary page and the animal will be added to ‘Cattle on Holding’ list.
Information sent before 6pm will be processed the same day and you will see the changes on CTS Online the next day.
Information sent after 6pm will be processed the next day and you will see the changes on CTS Online the day after that.
If you realise you have made a mistake after sending the information to CTS, please contact the BCMS helpline as soon as possible. Contact details are on the left hand menu.
If a movement which you recently sent is missing from this screen, this may be because of one of the following reasons:
To save a copy of your ON and OFF movement details in a file in your computer, click on the ‘Download’ button. You can choose to open or save the file. If you open it first, you can save it later.
If you save it, you will be asked to specify where on your computer you want to save it. Use the ‘Save In’ box at the top of the pop-up screen to select a location. Use the boxes at the bottom of the pop-up screen if you want to change the file name or file type. If you do not change the file type it will be saved as a Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values (csv) file.
Your downloaded file is in the form of a spreadsheet. The information found in each of the spreadsheet columns is as follows.
