Use this screen to register movements OFF your holding on one date for one or more animals that you have selected from your ‘Cattle on Holding’ list.
The eartag numbers of the animals you selected are displayed on the screen. To enter the date of the OFF movement, click on the ‘Calendar’ button on the right of the screen and select the date from the calendar. If you prefer, you can type the date into the box.
If you have selected more than one animal but they moved OFF on different dates, you will need to report them separately. Click the ‘Cancel’ button to return to the ‘Cattle on Holding’ list, where your original selection will still be shown and you can de-select animals as required.
If the animals moved on the same date to another holding for which you are enrolled to use CTS Online, you can register the ON movements at the same time. Click in the ‘Option to register ON movement’ check box and select the holding they moved to from the drop-down list. (If you are only enrolled for one holding you will not see this option.)
When you have entered all the necessary information, click the ‘Continue’ button. You will be taken to the Register OFF Movements screen where you can complete the transaction or correct the details.
Click the ‘Cancel’ button if you wish to abandon the reporting of these movements and return to the ‘Cattle on Holding’ list.
