Problem Summary

This page shows any outstanding problems with the passport applications you have made and movements that have been reported against your holding. These items may have been received by CTS Online or any other method.

A red ‘traffic light’ means that BCMS needs information from you to resolve the problem.

An amber ‘traffic light’ means that you have already provided some information by CTS Online and this is being processed by BCMS.

If you have provided information but the animal still has a red light

What happens next?

After you have provided information in response to a problem, the ‘traffic light’ immediately changes from red to amber. The information will be sent to BCMS usually on the same day (this may take longer at weekends and public holidays). BCMS will process the information.
