This section shows all of your passport applications which BCMS cannot process due to unresolved errors.

The following conditions apply to the birth dam. If there is a surrogate dam then this is the birth dam; otherwise the genetic dam is the birth dam. (A surrogate dam is only relevant in cases where embryo transfer is used.)

If the dam you have entered doesn’t meet all these conditions then BCMS will contact you to confirm details. You may be asked to provide evidence when a calf has been born in unusual circumstances.
The birth holding must be a valid location on CTS and be active on the date of birth.

After you have provided information in response to a problem, the ‘traffic light’ immediately changes from red to amber. The information will be sent to BCMS usually on the same day (this may take longer at weekends and public holidays). BCMS will process the information.
