Your responses to queries which appeared in one of the other sections on this page. This will be shown here once BCMS has processed the information and the problem is resolved.
Information that you sent to BCMS from the ‘Report Problem’ button on the View Animal Details and History screen. This will be shown here as soon as you send it.

This information remains here for 1 month. It is shown only for you to refer back to; you do not need to take any further action.

What happens next?

After you have provided information in response to a problem, the ‘traffic light’ immediately changes from red to amber. The information will be sent to BCMS usually on the same day (this may take longer at weekends and public holidays). BCMS will process the information.
